Ariane, Nora, and Marie-Josée feel like they’re swimming against the current. No matter their successes, their bodies are still seen as failures in the eyes of society. When body-positive influencer Ariane is caught in a scandal after a drunken fatphobic rant goes viral, she takes refuge with her cousin MJ and reconnects with her estranged ex, Nora. Together, the three women are forced to confront old wounds and find out whether what still binds them is strong enough to keep them from sinking.
